Last thing I saw from the cops was a report of the driver firing 5 rounds, then someone firing 3 at the car as it drove away.. and they said Foster did not shoot his gun. Now, I’m not an expert, but sounds like an AK firing 5, and then a handgun firing 3..

The only thing I will say is it was five shots from one weapon and three from another. The fact that only one of the combatants is dead, that would make me believe that "winner" was the three shot weapon. If there was no evidence of incoming rounds in or on the car either the "loser" was firing blanks or the "winner" was reacting to unrelated shots. False Flag Attempt? Was this moron given a gun with blanks?
That's what I understand also, the driver fired, landing 3 hits, a second shooter fired afterwards. Looking at the screen-grab photo of Garrett standing near the drivers window, his rifle at low ready, I don't think he could miss if he fired at the car. Investigation will show if there are bullet holes (7.62 cal) in the car
