Ugh... I have some serious doubts about the effectiveness of this. I mean, they do realize criminals have Twitter too right? It's like getting an "easy target" list for anyone in the area looking for an opportunity. Plus, some criminals don't particularly want to be caught. So, following this could be a death sentence.
I would send out a memorandum that would read: The area is no longer safe. Move. Followed by a job application that pays citizens, if they would like to stay, a salary for participating in this no police experiment.
I'm trying not to be overly sarcastic. But, these are actual people who aren't a part of the chaos that just want to get their lives back together. Businesses, homes, livelihoods, and families have been destroyed and caught in the cross fire. Why don't their lives matter.

Everyone apply to be batman and wonderwoman or a frontier lawman. Bring in the clowns.

Don’t ignore the fact that it is non-whites who will be hit hardest by this.
And it was whites who voted in the clowns who caused all this.
One of the few thing I can refer to that matches this insanity is not that many years after 9/11 the totally insane left votes in Muslim Obama.
