They didn't 'draw' the images, these images were marketed by McDonald's on the cups in a celebration of love, and to introduce their new drink. There is one image (ie a boy) on one side of the cup, and another image (the girl) on the opposite side. The cup was designed so that the girl and boy come together (innocently) as the drink is consumed. But, as you can see, holding the cup at an angle causes the scene to become 'less innocent'. And stacking the cups inside each other creates some homosexual acts.
@DeplorableToo My mistake. I can see now how tilting the cup produces said images.
Someone needs to design a computer model to see what is the chance that this was planned as it is too perfect to be a mistake. Maybe the Japan Deviance Lobby or LGBTXYZ mafia like here is repsonsible.

True. There is no way they didn't test this before putting it into production.
