Everyone should see the video to understand the state of the situation. Tolerance and patience with thugs only buys tragedy.

@CharliePrime There's no way you or anyone else can tell from the video that the victim WALKED PAST the thug; if he had been hiding NO ONE could have seen him. I suspect it was a set up between the thug with the brick and the equally guilty thug with the camera. "Hey, bruh, watch me crack this cracker's skull."
