Boogaloo is pretty much for Anarchy. No government, starting the next civil war, white supremacy, etc. Pretty much as far right possible. I actually didn't learn about their movement until recently. Been learning a lot about all these extreme left and right groups.

@saramarylop3z As far right as possible? White supremacist? Yet apparently, they were at the BLM "protests" in Minneapolis after the events in Kenosha to protect "protesters" in case the police started shooting at them...

@DaveO276 Thanks for the share. I have only learned of their groups and various activities recently. I have seen information about no government and white supremacy being used on wikipedia to describe them. But, as is with most sources, it requires deeper searches than just a few social media pages.

Much like how Patriot Prayer, Angry Vikings, and other groups have common terms like "white supremacist" linked to them, it's not necessarily a true reflection of their group. How accurate is the "start a new civil war" claim that's on the wikipedia page?

@saramarylop3z I don't know much about the Boogaloo Boys specifically either. I just know that accusations of people and groups being "far right" and "white supremacist" are frequently thrown around with impunity.

Also, Wikipedia has a leftward bias. When it comes to articles that are controversial, they have been known to put restrictions on who is able to contribute and they do seem to favor the left.

@DaveO276 Also good to know about wikipedia. Good grief the amount of varying sources I have to look through on any given subject just keeps getting longer. I thought wikipedia was more facts than bias.

@TheMiddleWay one observation about a fundamentally true difference between White Americans and Black Americans:
White people don't give a damn the color of your skin if you get yourself shot by cops - in more than 90% of such encounters
Black people don't give a damn about anything at all except the Color of skin of the person who gets shot by cops - especially if the cop(s) who shot that person were White.
Blacks will burn down the whole city over the deserving death of a Thug at the hands of the cops...where to start - G. Floyd, Michael Brown, Brianna Taylor...the list is very long...
Again - White people say good riddance to bad rubbish when some fool criminal gets shot or is legally executed...but Blacks - nope...stupid, stupid, stupid...racist, racist, racist

@TheMiddleWay sometimes it's the extreme ideology.
There's a big difference between violating the law in apparent contrast to your beliefs (beliefs that were apparently not that strongly-held after all...),
and violating the law as an actual expression of your stated beliefs.
The Needs of the Many trump Individual Rights and The Ends Justify the Means are each fundamental tenets of an extreme and dangerous ideology. They're both simply excuses for wanna-be tyrants; not to mention the polar opposite of the American ideals of Individual Sovereignty and Rule of Law.
