Medical Police State is out of hand.
This lady was outdoors, sitting in the stands & its reported she was maintaining required social distancing.
Sources indicate that Kitts was arrested, charged with criminal trespass & released on her own recognizance per the Ohio Star reported.
Tiffany Kennedy, the woman who filmed the video, claimed that Kitts had not been warned about not wearing a mask prior to the cop approaching her but other sources say there was signage posted. Kennedy alleged that Kitts has asthma & that's the reason why she was not wearing a mask. From the video, Kitts appears to have an American flag-themed mask in her back pocket of her shorts.
Kennedy also pointed out the female officer who is seen running toward the Logan police officer and Kitts at the end of the video was not wearing a mask.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine 
issued a mandatory face mask order on July 22.
All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when:
At an indoor location that is not a residence
Outdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members
Waiting for, riding, driving, or operating public transportation, such as a taxi, a car service, or a private car used for ride-sharing.
The order requires only those 10 years old or older to wear a mask. Additional exclusions include:
Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;
Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;
Those who are officiants at religious services;
Those who are actively involved in public safety; or
Those who are actively eating or drinking.

This is so disturbing On so many levels. These mask mandates are unconstitutional and tyrannical. I think the girl was right to fight back. We all should fight back or this shit will get worse. Compliance is submission to this bullshit

If the woman does have asthma, as the other woman stated, then she was clearly exempted from having to wear a mask there. That, and the fact that she was outside and clearly maintaining social distancing, makes this police officer's actions entirely uncalled for. I guess we will have to wait what the precise circumstances were, but it certainly does not look good.

It may well be a stupid rule, but seriously people - COMPLY WITH ORDERS LAWFULLY GIVEN BY POLICE OFFICERS!
Challenge them IN court - not ON THE COURT... or in the stadium, or wherever.
Take them to court, engage in GENUINELY peaceful protest, and vote for lions - not RINOs!

The primary word here is "lawfully", the officer did not know the law he was supposedly enforcing!!!!
@Serg97 Even taking that word out, I would say the statement would still be true. Police need to have the authority to make arrests according to their judgement in the moment, and resisting arrest cannot be looked upon as an okay thing to do - even if the officer got it wrong, which I now see they seem to have. Challenge an unlawful arrest later with a lawsuit.

The odds of transmitting or contracting the virus outdoors is infinitesimal.
As it turns out the officer was dead wrong, he apparently did not even know the law he was enforcing!!!!
The girl was well within her rights, and not in violation of any law!!!!
This is a GREAT example of what I have been saying!!! Treat COPs like SH-T and you get SH-T for cops!!!
Not to mention that this is another example of BLACK on White/ MAN on woman assault!!!
I wonder how this officer would have reacted to a BLACK woman not wearing a mask!!!!

Common sense should have kick in, and this situation could have been resolved!!!
I never walked into a public park on a hot Saturday afternoon and arrest EVERYONE that had a beer in the hand!!! I could have, but talk about creating a RIOT, are you kidding!!!
The officer in this situation, IMHO, was on a power trip and totally lacked common sense!!!!!!!
You can expect to see more incidents like this in the future, because people that have common sense will NEVER pin on a BADGE!!!!!!

I would have obeyed the rules complied with the officer and not carried on like a lunatic.
I felt sorry for the guy. She was a complete fruitcake.
