Well that is a term I think I have never seen before.

On to the question, or rather what it invokes

It's an interesting question. Here is an insight into the origin of speech.

The comic book version of "caveman" speech is highly unlikely. It's representation as various grunts or cries ignores that the brain was likely height developed before the emergence of "language". In other words auditory communication of a fairly complex nature probably significantly preceded what we think of as language.

As to the question at hand I have no idea.

Depends on the word, ugh is fairly standard. I like grok for its double or triple meanings. On some level it tells of the understanding one gets by smashing your thumb while trying to start a nail. On another it's just a caveman's name. On another it's like integrating the Trinity or realizing you'll never understand women.
