Gotta say, I really liked that ad. I didn't peg Sam Elliot as someone who would endorse Biden, but I think the ad says a lot about his character in the way that ad was put together. No "orange man bad" or over complicated messaging, a genuinely fresh perspective from all the negativism I've seen as of late.
Also, side thought, due to the toxic political climate there has been a lot of criticism of celebrities and influencers who have opposing political views. A while back Jim Gaffigan, who is one of my fav comedians, kinda went off the rails a bit on Twitter about his distaste for Trump. I posed the question on here whether people still follow or not follow celebrities and influencers if they have different political views.
Personally, I still love Jim Gaffigans comedy regardless. I also like Marina Sirtis even though she has been very verbal on Twitter. (The latest being a "you're dead to me" post she made on Kirstie Allys tweet about voting for Trump).
Just out of curiosity, do you not follow celebrities or influencers that have opposing political views? (I ask because of the "cancel culture" comment in this post)
