What's going on in the US is the total alienation of every possible "us" from every possible "them." The left and right live in two utterly differing world-views. The rich and the poor have never been exposed to either each other, nor, increasingly, even to what remains of the "middle class." We've got mask people hating mask dissenters and mask dissenters holding mask people in contempt. Rural v Urban is a fun one.
We're working real good and hard toward a violent separation, but we're all in and among each other with no way to get away from our own perceptions of the evils and insanities surrounding us.
My company shut down for the week of Thanksgiving and I now identify as a "camper." The people at the campground all seemed sane enough, but those "others" who didn't spend all evening drinking around the campfire..."we" sort of kept an eye on "them..."
I haven't bothered to try to track it down, but a few reports suggest that over 70% of republicans think the election was rigged, but ALSO about 30% of democrats admit that they agree that it was rigged. About half of US are willing to say aloud that the election was tampered with.
I'm currently unaware of any of US who think that Trump or republicans were engaged in rigging.
If ever you doubted it, set aside doubt. The US is a corrupted State. About half of US and most of the peoples we've bombed the last 20-50 years agree.
If the future is in any way reliant on the United States being stable and predictable...prepare for the worst and hope for the best....
There is more evidence the election was fraudulent than there ever was that Trump colluded with the Russians yet morons dismiss the former and continue to believe the latter.
What does it say about people that voted for a proven influence pedalling life time politician who has credible allegations of sexual improprieties leveled at him and who's landmark legislation resulted in putting large numbers of minority men in prison for non violent offenses?

Terrible idea. Possible remedies include legislative-elector action, or ongoing court action. Re-running elections is not a thing.
If drastic measures are required, I want to see specific people criminally charged and charges of fraud brought into court well before martial law is considered.
We aren't democrats. We won't act like crying babies like they did.
