@parsifal The problem is that Bastion is a Brit. Most likely an anti Brexit Brit and believes he understand the Constitution and US law. From his comments he needs a full class in both British and US civics as he has shown a complete lack of understanding of either. he is of the left that believe the ends justify the means as there are still legal cases going on and more and more evidence that there was fraud in many states. @bastion Legally, he did not lose his case. The Supreme Court refused to listen to his argument, so technically there was no contest to lose. In common law legal systems original jurisdiction of a court is the power to hear a case for the first time, as opposed to appellate jurisdiction, when a higher court has the power to review a lower court's decision. Normally, the Supreme Court is the land's highest appellate court but since there was no previous decision to adjudicate, there was no winner nor loser.

@bastion Again, he didn't lose a case as he didn't bring a case. The State of Texas brought the case but the Supremes adjudicated that Texas didn't have 'standing'. I know you think this is all subterfuge and obfuscation but since the only way we can communicate via computer is with the written word and the fact that words mean things, I strive to be accurate.
