Sure, why not? They honed their skills on the primaries and the Presidential "election" was the result of what they learned. Rigging a senate race should be a piece of cake. And now that they've gotten the public used to this mass-mailing unsolicited ballot scam, I believe this will be their MO as long as they can push it.
