20.12.18.2205F SOCIALISM IS A LIE FROM BEGINNING TO END; THERE ARE NO SOCIALIST ROSE GARDENS, THERE ARE HOWEVER MANY MANY SOCIALIST CEMETERIES (graveyards)!

I received a lengthy scalding rant trying to justify socialism. And rather than refute it line by line of this erroneous rhetoric I’m going to try to address just a few select profoundly erroneous socialist ideas propounded.

I have trouble with the idea that humanity INVENTED agriculture because it would be much more accurate to say that humanity innovatively discovered a new & better way of utilizing agriculture. To say otherwise would be to deliberately ignore the word ‘gatherers’ in the commonly accepted term “hunter gatherers.” At any rate humanity discovered agriculture – not invented it.

But I jump the gun in that capitalism had to exist even before agriculture. This socialist ranter presumed that I was amenable to capitalism ever being an invention of humanity rather than the first interaction(s) between human beings. I’m equally sure that a form of very basic voluntary (sharing of resources) socialism took place on or about that same time – IMPORTANTLY NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH TODAY’S SOCIALISM. The difference between today’s socialism & sharing is the difference between gift & theft. Even in otherwise free societies today there is this pervasive false idea of entitlement heritage running rampant.

The only heritage any human being is born with is NO entitlements at all other than a right to life, liberty & the pursuit of their happiness – with personal property right being an extension of their happiness. And nihilism is in direct contradiction to life being a personal property right each human is born with.

The socialist answer to scarcity is always reduction of population rather than increase of production. And yes this to was addressed in this lengthy socialist rant I received. This socialist obviously has little if any knowledge of this planet. Socialism really should be classified as a crime of extreme stupidity- sorry, I couldn’t restrain myself.

This socialist has worn me down for now. So in the words of “The Critical Drinker” go away now.

Funny thing is, most if not all human beings are capitalistic in some way shape or form, and just don't realize it. I myself didn't realize I was capitalist until my early twenties. If you've ever held down a job in your life in exchange for some sort of financial compensation, and used any knowledge or special skills in order to achieve financial gain, guess what? You're a capitalist, you've capitalized on said skills and experience for financial gain.

That sort of thing constitutes reality, the reality that we all live in, and there should be no shame in any of that. That's how our society is structured. That said, I do believe a good portion of the socialists out there mean well and want to see society thrive, it's just their forced-authoritarian tendencies are a misguided way at approaching the perceived problems in society.

Socialism never works because the goals and objectives of society are not the same as the goals and objectives of socialism and completely over-ride the goals and objectives that individuals may dream up.

The only successful examples of socialism, if longevity is the gauge of success, is in the religious colonies of the Amish, Mennonites and Hutterites. The price of that longevity is the stifling of progress and the abdication of individual ambition which would be a necessity of any socialist state. Since the socialist state purports to have already achieved perfection there is no necessity for change and any individual suggestion of change or innovation is met with dismissal by the vested authority which in turn stifles innovation and ambition. The only other factor necessary in a socialist state is an ultimate authority that cannot be challenged or even appealed to, such as the word of God or a "Big Brother" like that described in 1984.

Everything about socialism is a lie. Either directly or through a twisting of facts. The proof is through the application (because it NEVER works). Unfortunately, socialists are either: gullible or uneducated (especially historically) or evil or corrupt (money hungry).
I would say the majority of socialists are well intentioned people who are lazy (physically and mentally).
