Yes. There is only one revolution , communist revolution and after that, usually the only thing that destroys communist state is communist ideology itself. It is self destructive, at the expense of many. Right now that is what we are seeing across the world, wherever it has been tried. While some countries understand what communism is, many western countries have forgotten since the WWII what it means to live under tyrannical system so they were largely cough like a deer in headlights.

At least now its becoming more clear to many more people what they are dealing with. Is it too late, its hard to say.

Pretty much yes. In the past it was this corrupt but the illusion of democracy and equal rights under the law and constitution and bread and games, meant that people were distracted and they were fat and entertained and they believed in the system to some extent.

Elections were rigged at least from 1970's as far as I can tell and there was no democrats and republicans there was only one giant swamp. Trump changed that when he surprised everyone as outsider that cough them all by surprise. They could not control him so they made sure this time they will throw everything but the kitchen sink to stay in power and now they are most afraid is people that could by same avenue rise to power by the people.... and to suppress that they not only cheated blatantly and censure everyone, they are vindictive about it to make sure no one ever even thinks about running for office.... unless they are the establishment.

They will go after everyone who they might see as threat, and they will try to treat everyone who supported trump as second class citizen or worse. Effectively creating a rift in the country that is so clear it can never be closed unless major shake up happens in the political class from within or they destroy themselves.

Pearge like we saw from Xi in China is about to be unleashed and that has unknown consequences. It can go either way. It can escalate the whole thing to whole new level of violence and prosecution om both sides, or it will end with tyranny where we call the country USSSA. Either way, its dark winter indeed. Lot of possible problems with covid, vaccine, economy crash, foreign policy, domestic policy, crime etc.

On the flip side everyone saw it happening. It was a moment of great awakening and that is the real good side effect of Trump even in his defeat. Everyone saw the corruption and cue and tactics and who is who. In the long run this will prove to be critical for resistance, in which ever form it may come.
