Purple hearts should be handed to soldiers that took a hit from the plague.
In ancient wars, disease killed more soldiers than battles. There's no excuse for this failure by democrats.

I believe that Purple Hearts are strictly for combat related injuries.
Tested positive for COVID? Using what test? Was it the notoriously unreliable PCR test? How many amplification cycles were used?
