Yes, yes, I know that it’s a bunch of communist double speak – but that’s where we’re at now with a communist branch of government. Affirmative action & quotas are just some of the Cosmic Justice of Communism? At least this is my perception of what Cosmic Justice is. But feel free to correct me if you have more insight into the meaning of the term. I would however refer your attention to the blatantly communist video Kamala Harris made in which her remedy for accomplishing Equity was Cosmic Justice even though I don’t remember her using that exact term.
Socialists (including full blown communists) can’t fathom Equality & Sameness not being the same things. That’s also why feminists can’t fathom that there’s no such thing as a gender pay gap – instead of seeing it as the Equal Pay for Equal Work matter that it actually is. I’ve never worked anywhere that women weren’t payed equally for equal work – have you? I would like to understand how & where these socialists were educated but can’t solve that simple grade school math problem?
PS. The housing bubble was the direct result of Cosmic Justice laxing of regulation just like affirmative action(s) and quotas is.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The key issue of questioning the political Left is that they do not believe they owe anyone an answer to anything, regardless of how good the question is. That not only are they convinced of their moral and intellectual superiority, but that they aren't inclined to answer to those they deem to be the troglodytes, morlocks, and deplorables of society, not even as a expression of their merciful superiority.
Consider how different things would be today if the political Left (and to an extent, the entire political establishment) had patiently taken the time to investigate and explain their findings into the election irregularities that so many in this country have raised concerns about, yet the only answer that's been forthcoming was, "We looked into it. It's fine. You need to drop this or else there will be consequences for you." That's the kind of answer a parent gives a small child that it doesn't feel it owes an explanation to and doesn't want to be further bothered with. That's how they see us.

One of the best litmus tests I've ever heard is regarding what a "right" is, is as follows:
Imagine yourself in the middle of woods with no resources, just your physical ability and your wits. Anything you can do to better your lot in life in this situation is a right; if you can't do it, it's not.
For example:
-
You have a right to think and believe as you wish. Passes the test.
-
You have a right to try to survive; to seek shelter, to arm yourself with crude weapons, to hunt or gather food. Passes the test.

You do not have the right to shelter. If you want that, you need to do something about it up to and including fighting a bear for its cave.

You do not have the right to health care. Where would it come from? Who would provide this right to you?

You do not have the right to another being's property or actions. If you want that, you either need to provide something of value to the person, or to compel them through words or violence. (You want that bear's cave? Be prepared to be clever or violent. You want health care from a doctor you encounter in the wild? Be prepared to exchange services or beg for mercy.)
