A PARTIAL RESPONSE TO A LENGTHY COMMENT I RECEIVED:

At the outset let me assert that I personally find all of the federal bankruptcy law imposed on America to be both corrupt & duplicitous – PLEASE BE CLEAR ON THAT! And yet it is the law of thjis land that we live & abide by. So if Donald Trump takes advantage of that bankruptcy law in his business who are you or I to criticize it? And I here say about bankruptcy law has nothing at all to do with Socialism or Capitalism both of which can and have been corrupted at times.

What I am going to point out about bankruptcy law is its illcincieved inappropriate conception(s) from your Socialist viewpoint. By the way, I do agree with your assessment of yourself that you are indeed a Socialist – you are quite accurate about that.

I would submit that viewing western bankruptcy law from a Socialist viewpoint invariably leads to invalid impressions. Not the least of which is your expressed idea that it is done at THE PEOPLES expense (hoping that I’m using appropriately the definite article “THE&rdquo as it makes all manner if difference contrasting your Socialist view with a western Capitalist view. HOWEVER, either way of looking at the bankruptcy process it is a clearing house for theft from somebody – from THE people under Socialism & from individuals under Capitalism. And yet there is the Corporate Law aspect to consider & further complicate the matter. And I doubt very seriously that Donald Trump filed bankruptcy as an individual citizen – that would be ignorant to the extreme & he’s not that! We in the west are obliged to accept this legal mumbo-jumbo because it is the law & we’re a nation of laws. For you to fault Donald Trump for shielding himself behind a corporate entity you’d also have to fault most of the entertainment industry as they all do the same thing _ and that’s just the loose snow laying on top of this iceberg.

MY PERSONAL OPINION: Is that the only reasons for federal bankruptcy courts is the fear that carpetbagging yankees wouldn’t have an advantage (in their ravaging of southern states after the great war of northern aggression) under the existing individual state bankruptcy code(s) which still exist to this day generally unused. Hence we get stuck with all manner of standing hoops such as ‘Diversity of Citizenship’ for the very same reason,

ANOTHER OPINION OF MINE : Is that individual federal bankruptcy filings wouldn’t even be a thing were it not for fear of public revolt if realized how badly they’re being stolen from – JUST MY OPINION (Everybody is allowed to have one, aren’t they?)

So if Donald Trump avails himself or his corporate entity of bankruptcy law more power to him – IT’S THE LAW, IT’S YANKEE LAW!
