I have heard this site is becoming "Liberalized". Liberal contributors are leaving

this sentence is contradictory - how could the site become more liberalized if liberal contributers are leaving?

Groups are being removed

I believe groups get removed after a long period of inactivity in them. If no one is using them then unclutter the site by deleting unused groups - right?

Users are being banned.

over the short time I've been a member there have been very few people banned and IMHO they deserved it - LOL

As a member of the IDW senate I can say, not that I'm aware of. I do think however that like any website, institution, or person the threat of being canceled is real. The owner runs the real risk of being tracked down and punished by a mob of "activists". Any of us could be Alex Jonesed at any time. With that in mind I would be careful not to accuse the owners of selling out if it is decided that in the future some level of censorship is necessary.

The standard for actual legal liability for incitement to violence of a website is not well established. That is certainly the most obvious redline not to cross.

I have been banned from other forums because the "liberal" moderators did not like my opinions. So you are right in that there are not a lot of places for non woke folk to go. They will natural congregate in places that have a higher tolerance for free speech. What the limits of that tolerance are I have not seen here. Relatively speaking it is pretty high. If "liberals" are leaving they have plenty of places to go and for the most part I don't miss them because they have virtually identical opinions. I could write their post for them if I had a mind to. There may be exceptions but they are uncommon. When a person leaves they have the option to close a group they created. That could appear to the uninformed as censorship. It is in my opinion not a good option as part of the forum function is as an archive of conversations. I will bring it up in the senate for you.
