State governments are no considering a tax based on the miles drive to try and force people to buy electric cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I for one will continue to drive my klunkers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we are forced to electric vehicles, that is the end of large portions of the society and economy!!!!!!!!! No more towing of anything, horse trailer, RV's, anything that you need power to pull! That will severely limit the distance you can drive. Imagine living in Pennsylvania and wanting to take a 2 week trip to the grand canyon, or for that matter, visiting relatives in New Mexico!!!!!! You have to stop and recharge every 100 to 150 mile for 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You 2 week trip just turned into a month!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is just one more communist way to control the population and keep everyone locked in their residences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They want us to live in controlled cities where bicycles or walking is all you will ever need. Only the rich get to leave the cities or even live outside the cities.

And once oil is obsolete so is the dollar. The dollar is the reserve currency for oil trading.. without the need for foreign nations to hold dollars the floating of debt by congress will have catastrophic inflationary consequences ala greece 2010
you should look up the enviromental damage caused by the mining for the key elements to make the electric batteries besides all the industrial production to make the equipment and its just cycles on and on
