From what I'm seeing, it is this: bad situation, then a seeming let-up and return to normalcy, then comes an even worse situation. Repeat.
But I'm in full agreement with Bull Hansen: it is time to leave the cities if you can, and make it a priority in your plans if ATM you still can't.

Such a nice man. Haven't seen one of his for a while. He didn't get into the viciousness of city people (and country for that matter... although city folk are always closer to it) when their backs are to a wall. People don't leave because they know their turf, whereas the country is an alien landscape to many.

I always feel calmer, more centred, after watching Bjorn sit beside his fire drinking chocolate coffee and giving his thoughts on life, current events, and the simple healing wisdom of the woods.
Things are definitely getting unhinged. I don't know if that is good advice or not. If you are alone and things get that bad you are making yourself pretty vulnerable. No doubt groups will be forming if necessities are in short supply. When it comes down to it, armies will start marching in and it will all of a sudden be a different ball game.
I think these governments today are well beyond being reined in. No one is telling us what is going on, they become secretive if pried for the truth and lying if anyone asks and they are keeping us pent up in our homes so we are not associating with each other. America is the sole beacon shining a light on this at all. It seems the backs have been broken all other nations in the world with only tiny pockets of resistance. If things go the way this guy thinks moving out to the country will only be a stop gap measure that might give yo a few weeks or months.
