There’s mandatory sentencing laws for all manner of thing except for false accusations (perjury) by women against men. I would agree with Eagle in that there should be mandatory sentencing OF BOTH MEN & WOMEN equal to the punishment the accused would’ve been exposed to had they been proven guilty – that’s equality.
Another suggestion would be to make DNA first class evidence & polygraph second class evidence in all sexual assault legal proceedings. Yes, yes I know that a polygraph isn’t reliable; BUT it’s astronomically more reliable than the old ‘believe the woman’ of chivalry is. Any Man that’s watched a woman lie about him (and there’s a hell-of-a-lot of them) would be happy to accept polygraph evidence in deciding his guilt or innocence.
Women must have the ability to convince themselves of the truth of an outright lie. A skill probably honed by years of female play pretend games as children?
Regardless of how that skill at lying came about: Why did lady justice take off her blindfold?

I know i have. I don't condone male violence against women in any form. But equal treatment under the law should not even be something society is debating.
