I must admit that the punctuation, of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, is a complete puzzlement to me given the limited intellect that I have to work with. I mean it would appear to me that the first comma is extraneous – wait, wait, there three commas, that changes everything.
Let’s try it this way then: “ A well regulated Militia……….the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Or this way: “…….……………. the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Or just this part: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,……………..”

Amendment II to the Constitution of the United States (aka The Bill of Rights):
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

No matter how you slice it, the right to keep and bear Arms unencumbered by government stands firmly in place on its own merit. Law abiding citizens aren’t the murderers MSM (Main Stream Media) uses to sell their product. I notice the conspicuous absence, in the news of one of these atrocities, of whether the fire arms used were legally owned by the perpetrators – were they? If not, why not?
The 2nd Amendment has already been “infringed “upon UNLAWFULLY by government requirements as I don’t recall the Constitution of the United States having been properly changed to allow government infringement?
Neither Joe Biden, Congress or any other socialists have authority to supersede or circumvent The Constitution for any reason what-so-ever including by Executive Order. What I’m wondering is will Congress have the balls to impeach Biden like they so joyfully did President Donald Trump?
