because they did not test for it. The local vape shop in Ovid closed over a year ago because of some law about vape juice. They stocked kratom and that shop was my kratom source. I have gone over a year without my drug of choice. Today my niece invited me for a shopping trip to Ithaca. She gifted me $20. I went to Headdies to get kratom. I used to get 10 capsules or one dose for $16, today I got about 100 capsules for $20. The fella at the counter said NY has legalized Cannabis, I was not aware. Say what you will about the left, if that is the identity of reasonable drug policy ...
