Tulsi Gabbard is one of the few Democrats that has not fallen to the progressive left but still remains a Democrat in the classical liberal sense of the term.
AOC is an idiot and the thing that is really puzzling about her is how the left supports her. I doubt she has ever reconsidered or re-thought any of her positions even once because she is never challenged by her colleagues. She is constantly ridiculed by the "right" but, like the energizer bunny, just keeps on keeping on. If any republican politician were that stupid they would have been pilloried and run out of town in no time. Got to say that is why there are a few intelligent Republican politicians but only one intelligent Democrat politician.
