If you are going to oppose critical theory, then you need more than a passing understanding of what it is and where it comes from.
I recommend James Lindsay's book "Cynical Theories," available from Amazon for between $10-16.

@w0tn0t I want to know what you all think it is. Because it wasn't really a big thing until your moral panic started. I suspect that you 1. Don't know what it is and 2. Are using it as a dog whistle for the usual grab bag of things conservatives haven't liked since the days of Jim Crow segregation.

I'm not really sure I can but can YOU explain it in terminology that is understandable to your average -say, 13 year old- of average intelligence? I'm sure some of us can grasp ideas aimed at such levels of intelligence if posited without having to deeply reference Kantian ethics and/or Frankfurt School Critical Theory. It shouldn't be too great a stretch for you to treat us as adolescents.
You'd think for such an urgent ideological threat someone would be able to describe it!
@WilyRickWiles It's a purposefully vague doctrine postulating the virtues of one group of humans over another. Vague being the operative word so that any explanation given by an opponent can seemingly be dismissed.
@adriaan23 The only thing vague (in the sense of broadly playing to people's racist biases) is the conservative moral panic about it.
