I like many of you are struggling to make sense of critical theory and its offspring of critical race theory, critical social (in)justice, critical feminism, intersectionality, queer (verb) theory, etc and its impact on our society. Trying to understand why CT, CRT, CSJ, etc adherents are completely resistant to discussion much less debate? How do we address or fight something we are told we cannot understand if our skin is white. We're told to fall in line or we will be cancelled which may mean loss of access to social media, kicked out of school, lose our jobs or we and perhaps family and friends will incur violence. More and more I see those that have long called themselves liberals viewing themselves as not only diametrically opposed to critical theory but in their crosshairs. That said I found these articles to be informative, thought provoking and material worth discussing and strategizing as a group.
This next section's title indicates a Christian reflection but its actually looks at looks at the differences of a liberal worldview versus critical theory.

You can't reason with a fanatic. And the critical theory mob are the most fanatical ever. Just reject the ideology and terminology and live by your own standards When critical theory fails or turns on itself, some of the fanatics will see the light while the others will completely self destruct

@dd54 true, but I think it's far more effective trying to prevent people from going down that path than to try and de-program the ones that are already brainwashed. At it's core, those sort of organisations, like cults, prey on people who are broken and unhappy to begin with, for what ever reason.
When it comes to organisations like antifa, there is a lot to learn from how Islamic terror cells operate and function. If you don't get rid of the clerics preaching the hate (and recruiting), you'll never get rid of the problem
@dd54 there are many in Europe that are fully aware of the problems with mass Islamic immigration, but the msm has it's agenda there, like they do in the US (presenting patriots in the same way) and don't represent the majority of the people. There are also groups of countries pushing back on the immigration and the narrative (eg Visegrad 4).
When it comes to the critical theories, perhaps one of the best assets the US has to counter it, is the large amount of people who have fled communist countries from around the globe and can shine a light on what it really is.
