It appears that the politicized weaponized DOJ is more interested in proving the J6 defendants are white sumpremacists than it is actually trying them for their actions at the Capital protests.

The o'biden regime is getting exactly what it wants from the witch-hunt for Capitol protesters who opposed Biden’s election and supported Donald Trump. The J6 prisoners appear as nothing more than scapegoats and political props to help bolster the narrative that 'white supremacists' attacked the Capitol on J6.

In April, the court denied the release of J6 prisoner Hale. A federal judge said that if he were “just looking at what [Hale] did on January 6, he would be a free man right now.” But his “animus” toward certain groups of people made him a danger. Say what? So if the neo-marxist racists decide you have extreme political opinions and viewpoints, they decide you are a white Supremacist or you say anything that may be interpreted as you having nazi sympathizer ideologic* leanings you may be prosecuted and jailed as a menace to society. Hmm, why are conservatives that voted for Trump being framed as though they are legitimate national security threats and enemies of the state?

6 months later the DOJ signed a ,multi-million dollar contract with Deloitte to create a “massive database” of evidence. But that process will take several weeks if not months. The still-incomplete database has sharply slowed down efforts by prosecutors and defense attorneys to hammer out plea deals for dozens, of not hundreds, of alleged rioters. Several defendants have sought quick resolution of their cases only to be told by prosecutors that they must wait until the database is established. The hell with the Brady Law regarding exculpatory evidence. o'biden's DOJ appears to want to sculpt the evidence already obtained/developed rather than produce the evidence and ensure the J6 protestors have their right to a speedy trial*.

The materials/possible evidence may include, but are not limited to, surveillance video, statements of similarly situated defendants, forensic searches of electronic devices and social media accounts of similarly situated defendants, citizen tips and/or materials obtained via a wired CHS (confidential Human Source) . You'd think they were prosecuting a terrorist huh???

Well, it looks like Judge Trevor McFadden is losing his patience as he told the DOJ attorney, “You would not arrest [someone] then gather evidence later. That’s not how this works.” McFadden then gave the DOJ attorney Fifield a November 9 trial date for J6 defendant Hale.

This DOJ is very reminiscent of the obama/holder fast and furious DOJ so watch your 6!
