21.08.20.2000F STATES DID ABRIDGE INDIVIDUAL VOTING RIGHTS FOR THEIR STATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE NOV 3, 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN ABROGATION OF THE 15TH AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
While states did not ABROGATE voting rights specifically for a single Presidential election; they did ABRIDGE said same voting rights exclusively for the November 3, 2020 Presidential Election – THEREBY VIOLATING THE 15TH AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
I’m not rep[resenting that state legislatures are without exclusive Constitutional authority to regulate elections in their states. What I am positing is that the 15th Amendment prohibits them from any ABRIDGING (diluting) of those voting rights for the purposes of facilitating voting by select sectors the population “……...on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude–…….”
It is illogical to assume an election properly held when MORE votes were cast than there were registered voters to cast them!
It’s also questionable when an incumbent President receives 10 million more votes than previously elected them, yet loses to a candidate receiving the most votes for President in United States history?

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude–
Section 2
The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
