The EU central bank has changed its mission to not only control inflation and money flow to include THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC TO AID IN THE FIGHT AGAINST GLOBAL WARMING. THIS WOULD NECESSITATE THE PEOPLE BEING SUPPLIED ONLY WITH WHAT THEY NEED TO SURVIVE. The people would have to live with this privation in the median term to counter global warming. THE BANK HOWEVER WOULD MAKE ACCOMMODATION FOR THOSE UNABLE TO LIVE WITH SUCH HARDSHIP. I wonder who those lucky people would be? Surely the bankers and their friends wouldn't take advantage?

We'll see whether Ideology or the lure of more wealth would be the bigger attraction, as they are not necessarily going the same way. But that's an interesting comment you made there.
