Canada’s David Suzuki Foundation was scrambling today to distance itself from its namesake. Dr. David Suzuki, geneticist, broadcaster, and far-left environmentalist warned that oil “pipelines could be blown up” unless leaders take immediate action on climate change.
The British Columbia government rejected the threat as “unhelpful”.
What would happen if the threat to bomb public infrastructure came from the right? All hell would break loose, likely.

I had always thought him extreme, not listening.
I actually can't see the link here between 'blown up' and climate change action, can you?
He might have gotten in too deep so everything seems a disaster.

Same here. Suzuki was at his best when he was taking genetics, but over the years he became more and more of an environmental alarmist. Today, he’s completely brainwashed. The last person I expected to make threats of violence.

I think it was when I found out that as of 2013, Suzuki owned at least four homes, including one property he co-owns with a fossil fuels company. These numbers are from 2013: a beachfront mansion in Vancouver, $8.2 million; another in Vancouver, $1.01 million; another waterfront property on the Quadra Island area off the B.C. coast, complete with boat dock, $1.1 million, also a property on Nelson Island of which Suzuki is a co-owner with Kootenay Oil Distributors. I could not find any more recent numbers; however, with the ongoing Chinese takeover of Lower Mainland real estate, Mr “Lower Your Carbon Footprint” Suzuki must be doing very well, indeed!
