“So… this just happened on our plane from D.C. to LAX two seats in front of me. He was yelling about BLM and being enslaved by the white man. We had to emergency land in Oklahoma so the federal police could come take him off. Our five hour flights turned into 8 hours. ” the passenger said in a caption of the video.

Julius Caesar used the fear of the other, spreading rumors in Rome of fictional invaders from Gaul. This worked well but future leaders found that the use of the "Other" worked even better if the "Other" was a part of the local population.
Hitler used the Jews as the other. The local population then had some one close to vent their anger and frustrations upon. Life's hardships and pain had a cause that you could then punish and they lived next door. Hitler used and directed this anger through the all media in Germany. All failures could be blamed on the Jews. All success was claimed by Hitler. He could do no wrong. He was a German hero.
Pol Pot in Cambodia. His "other" were the intelligentsia. See, it's no problem to pick a group for these evil, would be Dictators! Anyone will do as long as you can convince the population how evil this new "OTHER" is.
This man on the plane has been programed to blame his life's failures and frustrations, not on the causes or cures, of this problems. He has some one close to blame and they live next door!
