The authorities claim Djokovic entered Australia on the wrong visa? So the Government that issued the visa let him land in Australia? Then they took him into custody for using the visa that they originally issued to him? Anyone getting suspicious yet? The Prime Minister says rules are rules? Then a court ruling doesn't go the right way and the rules no longer apply.? Anyone still believe this is about covid? Power, it's all about power and keeping the boot firmly on the neck of the citizen. End game, the new world serfdom!

if the population - "the people" of Oz saw Djoko "allowed" to remain and to compete in the Aussie Open it undoubtedly would have sparked a revolt of massive proportion.

The rules are what they say they are. And they apply to whom they say they apply to. And they clearly don't apply to party loyalists.
Scomo shut down large events like 'Grapevine' held in the Hunter Valley, yet let Hillsong have their own large event near Newcastle. Because their rules are used at their own discretion, not applied universally. Because...ya know... science

I see a lot of jealous/envious people posting he only got in because he's rich. Wrong! He got in because he followed the rules as set out by the state government. He was made an example of, because he's influential (in the sense that he has many supporters and fans) and went against state narrative.
