Don't think so. Too complicated with the symbolism. Creators of this add would have a good laugh at this evaluative interpretation. It has to be simplistic to reach the general populace. They aren't into symbols. What they wish to create here is a solidarity and unity of living things. All species and all races can get along and nod to the same rhythm. Everyone moving along together in the magical metaverse.
There may be some Zuckerberg personal symbolism inserted there but we wouldn't be privy to that. He himself and the designers of the ad would have to explain it, if it existed at all.
