A robbery suspect with 59 busts under her belt has been through a revolving door of arrests—and avoided jail again this week for yet another mugging, cops say.

Seems to me that very soon, it will be populated by all criminals - I mean more than just the politicians there, and there will be no responsible productive members of society, who will have moved elsewhere.
