2203211000M MARRIAGE IS THE PREREQUISITE FOR DIVORCE?
Since the default custody of children IS NOT 50/50, why is the division of property held as 50/50 – or don’t you see an inequity in that divorce standing? I mean, isn’t EQUITY all the rage of social justice these days?
As I recall Hitler and his minions had their ‘PEOPLES COURT’ set up specifically to handle Guilty Until Proven Innocent matter, just like contemporary ‘FAMILY COURTS’ specifically to handle our Men Guilty Until Proven Innocent matters for us – or should I say for feminism? Does changing the name but not its purpose really equal justice?
It never stops amazing me at the number of people, even men, that go along with the idea that men and women are equal right up until they, with the same breath even, assert the illogical ‘feminist theory’ that they (women) must’ve been oppressed, by men specifically, because their (women’s) biological lot in life is inferior to that of men? Just how one can be equal one moment and unequal the next moment – back and forth infinitely is beyond any logic I’m aware of – BUT THAT’S MARXIST FEMINIST THEORY? It’s Marxist in the forgone assumption that the strong and more capable will always oppress the weaker less capable – and we’re on our way around the circle yet again?
FEMINIST THEORY IS BASED SOLELY ON MARXIST SOCIALISM?
