US invokes famous Lend-Lease Act
The Ukraine war has been leading to some peculiar historical reminiscences: The US Senate has now unanimously reactivated the famous Lend-Lease Act from World War II in order to be able to deliver weapons and other goods faster and more efficiently – this time to the most corrupt country in Europe: Ukraine. A corresponding bill was just passed in the US Senate.

During World War II, the law allowed the US to provide military and non-military supplies to its allies without time-consuming procedural hurdles. Above all, Stalin’s Soviet Union benefited from this, as it only survived the German advance in 1941/42 thanks to flows of American aid supplies.
Even today, the “Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022” is intended to accelerate the transfer of war equipment and other militarily relevant goods to Ukraine by removing bureaucratic hurdles. Such a law effectively allows war supplies to be given away – the only provision being that the recipient country repays the United States at some point in the future.
This week, the US State Department announced an additional $100 million for the delivery of Javelin anti-tank guided missiles and other material to Ukraine. This brings US military aid to a total of $2,4 billion since the Russian operation began on February 24.

Bidens actions seem to be designed to create a prolonged bloodbath. The initial slow walk of military aid clued me in then we get major aid when it looks lost. There's a special place in Hell.

Well, yes in the long run the neocon plan is to simply make US the only hegemon around, And rival nations like Russia and China are a threat. So by that logic, the arrogant neocons expected sanctions to do the opposite of what they have done. They expected sanctions to cause economic collapse of Russia and people rise up against Putin and they get their regime change. Off course the opposite is more likely to happen and besides if Putin were to be replaced by others in Russia, well, he is the moderate one , all the other candidates are true hardliners.
He did hand the checks straight to Raytheon. The words were a just a jumbled mess.

Yeah, flooding weapons into Ukraine does not help Ukrainian people or army, but it boosts stocks of the defense industry in the short run and in the long run secures lucrative weapons building contrast.
reason they don't try to hide it anymore? because here in this digital age its impossible to hide anything. With that in mind try to imagine how many "journalists" and "advisors" and congressional "aides" there are who are raking in thousands of dollars every day for keeping secrets.

That is probably a part of it, but also they are really arrogant and out of touch with much of reality, so the bad stuff is just impossible to keep under wraps.
I have noted that any money dispensed by USAID to NGOs is money laundered to Soros and Schwab.
