2205061700F THE DEATH RATTLE OF LIBERTY?

‘Qualified Immunity/ and ‘Civil Forfeiture’ contravene the spirit if not the letter of The Constitution of the United states in that they impede the DECLARED purpose of government as set out in the Declaration of Independence of these original United States – wherein it states:

“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—-That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it,……...”

Irregardless of anything else set to pen by or for any governmental entity withing these United States, the paramount supreme spirit of these United States formed specifically to safeguard to the sovereign individual(s) citizens thereof are the “……..unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness…...” endowed by GOD – AND GOD ALONE!

While there are a number of outrageous over-reaches commonly practiced today, I hope you won’t mind my limiting this post to just these two - ‘Civil Forfeitures’ (theft) without benefit of judicial hearing(s) and ‘Immunity’ from prosecution be it Qualified or Absolute matters not in their contravention of the inalienable rights government is specifically formed to protect and safeguard?

PS1. On another note, there was a lengthy comment I received the other day that implied that Thomas Jefferson was an itinerant prosecutor? I didn’t bring it up at the time primarily because I’m still not sure what any of the lengthy comment has or had to do with my post? I did however have the thought that possibly that Jefferson had been confused with Jackson – in that Andrew Jackson was an itinerant prosecutor for hire – just wondering if that could be what happened, if you happen to read this one?

PS2. The rave ‘defund the police’ actually has merit, that I’ll not go into here, that’s not being explained to conservatives properly thereby causing them to conclude it a ridiculous notion of radical leftists? There’s a mountain of reasons to put a financial strangle hold on American law enforcement that’s just not being shown to the political right in America – be very careful with this one friends?
