Amazing how the woke news media is centering the whole 2022 midterm year on Donald Trump.
The media is on Trump like a crack whore who stumbled across a bag of dope in a toilet stall. They just can’t stop themselves.
Of course there’s a method to their madness. Big bad Trump. Scary. Can he play Kingmaker? Can he control the noms? Can he hand pick the field? Who’s for him? Who’s against him?
All of these media questions crowd out any talk of real issues: the Dems foreign policy disasters, the failing economy, the leftist attack on the culture and free speech, skyrocketing inflation, and the key question of whether Uncle Joe knowns what year this is.

Democrats claim that the fact that Trump is influential means that the Republican party is bad. Republicans see Trump's influence as good, because Trump is the Rino slayer. Republicans need to ditch Rino baggage so that the party can be strong, to vanquish Democrats.
Trump triggered a civil war in the Republican party between MAGAs and Rinos, and MAGAs won by virtue of having overwhelmingly more votes. Trump improved the Republican party.
Coulter points out that in the 2016 primaries, Trump raised issues that Rinos were afraid to raise.
Let's install Dinos in the Democratic party. If a district is overwhelmingly Democrat, Republicans should vote in the Democratic primary.

you can not cross party lines on primaries if you are registered with a party, general elections you can ~ just speaking from my electoral judge experiences when I lived in Champaign County, illinois
that's why they redistrict areas after they get in office, redraw the voting area district to stay in power
I think you could add to your list of real issues or easily supplement the ones listed with specific reminders, like the Taliban & Afghanistan; covid lies; southern border appointed czar Khlamydia Harris and hasn't done anything, or her cackling; CRT & trans queer indoctrination of kids; corruption & the Ukraine & American oligarchy's kids employment; money to give away but not invest in the wall or just our infrastructure that is crumbling; abortion & the myriad of issues there including the stalking & intimidation of federal judges although they brought it upon themselves, just like all the other anarchy that they enabled, encouraged & promoted. I got more, much much more, but the keyboard is a smokin'

I'm not up on any politics including USA. A little, though. Maybe dangerous!!
But is Trump the head of Republicans? Why if it's so volatile?
From what I've read, Trump isn't GREAT.
Maybe anyone might be better than Biden/Obama team?
Don't the Republicans have anyone else?
I like Tulsi Gabbard, moderate Democrat, I think.
Not pardoning Assange didn't win my vote.

@dd54 not sure on the split of the party scenario....I am figuring all the disenchanted disenfranchised demos that are now becoming 1st time gun owners across the board, women blacks Latinos and they are coming back to buy extra weapons too.....
all of Trump's endorsements, 22 I believe was the number, all won
@dd54 [washingtonpost.com] read this first. Tulsi is a moderate dem. opposed to Biden, knows Obama is actually leading.
She spent her time in the military. No cons or frauds.
Republican isn't necessarily good and democrats bad.
@dd54 not sure but if they are crossing the picket line and going against the gun grabbers and that demagoguery, well.....all the traditional largest demographic groups that Democrats have as a voter base....
