I’m not much older than the current “entitled” generation and i really love seeing the rebuttal memes. like, “what do you mean we are entitled, when you were our age you didn’t have…”. I can tell you as a supervisor the amount of work i do for my staff that they should be responsible for is astounding. when i was in their position we had to do a crap ton of checklists theough out the day and had to have a member of management check us out each shift. they don't know how easy their job had become and the rest of management seems perfectly fine with it. hell one job we had to turn in our phones in when we clocked in and they went in the safe till break. We’re talking about entry level jobs here, i know wages increased so that means we arent hiring just minors now but the sortnof people has’t really changed (i.e aingle, young, students,, etc) you really arent THAT important you NEED your phone on you at work and if someonbeeds you that bad while youre at work they can call here
