Personally I don't think they are satanists in any formal way, but I came to accept that the term Satanists for Christians means more than one thing. They are often used as an accusation of deeply immoral psychopathic people and organizations, even if they don't follow satanic theology. In that context I agree. But I don't think they are satanists per se in terms of religions they follow. There are elements of it, but its not in my understanding their religion as such.

That being said, I can fully agree they are psychopathic, immoral, dangerous and insane. And menevelant. Also surprisingly incompetent and stupid at the same time. I guess they have been in power for so long they are product of generations of mental incest. Each generation degrading in quality even if they keep their dogma.

@dmatic In the Christian worldview, yes I would agree. For non Christian believers, sometimes the term is too much tied to Christianity. And while as you said the basic concept of deception might apply, calling it satanism, puts a distinct Christian stamp on it. That is what I was trying to say.

I suppose I would not argue the intent or methods, only the label.

There is a Wikipedia article that goes more in depth on this topic. As you can imagine, satanism is term used primerally in the Abrahamic religions and their derivatives. For people who don't belong to these religions it seems to describe universal traits of deception in a particular theological framewor found in the Abrahamic religions.

I would argue that the current bunch of "satanic elites" have pulled some of their theological ideas from Christianity and its derivatives and some fro various Eastern religions and some of unique to their belief system that come from various people.

Technically it would be inaccurate to call them satanists as an accurate description of their beliefs, but as accusation of deception, immortality, bad intentions etc. I can accept the term satanism, just fine.

Satan either is, or he's not. Same with God, He is or He is not. Reality is or it is not. People's opinions of reality are countless in number...But, there is a reality. It's called Truth.
