Christian teaching on governance is about Christian communities and The Church. It speaks not at all about who should represent The Church to the State, or even if worldly governing agents ought only be men.

Show me in The Book if you want to make claims of what Christian teaching might be. Not a verse, but the whole of story that you might claim applies to current year given ancient context.
