It's better to be feared than loved.
Democrats are incapable of feeling love for Republicans. They like to hate Republicans. They like witchhunts. It doesn't matter if the witch is innocent or guilty. For Democrats, they need witchhunts to be happy. Democrats see hate as virtue. They compete with each other over who hates Republicans the most. Hate for Republicans gets you respect in the Democrat community.
Use fear. Republicans must establish deterrent. They must make Democrats fear.
Ironically, sometimes it happens that fear leads to love. Fear leads to respect, and respect can lead to love.
In the 2020 Democrat presidential primary debates, Marianne Williamson advocated for love over hate. She received hate from Democrats, and no votes. Republicans invited her to parties. Tucker Carlson regularly invites her to be a guest on his show, and he treats her with respect. During the Democrat primary, Republicans registered Democrat so they could vote for Williamson, to keep her alive on the debate stage.
Who would you rather listen to, Harris or Williamson? Who would you rather have at your party?
Which party would you rather attend, a party at Fox, or a party at CNN?
Williamson has something few Democrats have. Charm. For contrast, behold Harris, Schumer, Pelosi, and AOC.
Sports teams respect skill. If you have skill, the team gives you love. And, your team loves to see the fear in the opposing team when the opposing team sees your skill.
It's all about sportsmanship. Morality flows from sportsmanship.
Jesus Christ our Savior took on the slings and arrows of hate, and trumped them with love.
Trump took on the slings and arrows of Democrat hate for Republicans, and fought for the Republican cause.
Trump loves America. Democrats hate America.

I do not follow US politics as close as some here but I don't think it's a very good precedent for any government that is the leader of the "free world" to raid the home of a former President. So many things seem broken (or taken over)
