The elite ruling class in America have some off-kilter supercilious idea that ‘democracy’ is rule by themselves and that ‘populism’ is a racist, homophobic, xenophobic etc. etc. dirty word? It’s the ‘populists who actually produce goods and services that rule America – do they not?
