Oh, yeah. Most people forgot or were never told about how NAZIs try to raise perfect national socialists in special made villages where they took what they consider best of the men and women of NAZI Germany to breed, and than raise all children by special nannies. When the allies finally found the place and Germany was defeated it war, all they found was.... well.... retarded children. Far from being perfect human specimens they were less adapted to life than other children.
