PART 1
How is it that man is guilty of rape because the woman wasn’t capable of ‘consent’ after have imbibed a libation of some sort, but she is held guilty of DWI should she get behind the wheel of an automobile? I mean, after drinking an adult beverage he becomes guilty of rape, but she becomes guilty of DWI?
What I’m trying to ask is: Why is she held responsible for one thing and not responsible for the other? She gets drunk she’s not responsible for have sexual intercourse but she is responsible for driving under the influence – how does the square? If we’re going to go complete woke logic the Court or the police officer is the guilty party?
PART 2
Why is a prenuptial agreement worthless when a marriage is held valid? Seems to me that either both be held as valid or neither be held as valid? Was she incapable before or incapable later. It’s like the question: Have you qui9te beating your wife? Or heads I win, tails you lose.
PS. It’s not that all women are like this, it’s that all women are legally capable of being like this – and it’s all subsidized by your friendly Social Security Administration. You did realize that Family Courts are subsidized by the Social Security Administration who diverts your retirement funds to oppress and/or persecute men? That’s socialism for you.
