Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.i have tendered work for 45 years and in the last 30 years it was right in our tenders to over look qualified workers and hire minority ethnic peoples for my employee's many of these tenders were government work. i didn't bid on these jobs in the beginning. than said fuck it and started bidding all of them. i never changed my staff either. i was offended by the wording of the document. but no one challenged me when we were successful.

In this country, anti-racist = anti-white. Let's be honest...everyone is racist to some degree, regardless of their actual race. It's inescapable. The real question is, how much do you value other people's freedoms and their potential to contribute to society in a positive way? The answer to that question has nothing to do with skin color, or sexual preference and religion for that matter.
