LINK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is tearing academia apart
Ideological litmus tests are becoming the norm in American academia. Already, many universities require faculty job candidates to submit “diversity statements” — 19% of the faculty job listings in one recent survey. Now, similar requirements increasingly apply to sitting faculty members, as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statements and criteria have become standard components of the promotion and tenure process.

Well, then, you are confirming that this is working according to plan. DEI/CRT and any other forms of institutionalized racism have as their goal destruction. Why? 'Cause commie trash never stop talking about how they cannot usher in utopia without first destroying the existing civilization.
This is sorta like having the extended family over for a holiday, like Thanksgiving. Some get to stay in your house. Including that blue-dot uncle that was repeatedly convicted for child molestation. Yeah, you are letting him spend the night just down the hall from your three youngsters. So. How dumb are you?
