Equality of outcome based on ethnicity and not compentency will bring only ruin. Anyone who supports such an idea is either ignorant, or intentionally has evil purpose.
South Africa is a model of the implementation of this fallacy. Communist socialist must hold it up as a shinning example, of their equality of outcome successes!
Then again, reflecting a positive side of genocide, committed against farmers for the crime of being white must be awkward, oops! Farmers who are/were quite simply better at producing food for the whole population of S.A., goat herder traditions not so much and now the country is being torn apart, starving and the land turning back to the arid wilderness it was when they first inhabited it.
Puts one in mind of that other equality of outcome experiment gone awry, by 'relocating'/eradicating farmers, wasn't the name of that project leader, Vladimir Lenin? And the collateral damage 5 million, (at minimum), of his own people to start with?
Oh never mind that, just pass the wodka commerade!
