I don't have much respect for those who have let themselves become so ignorant that they don't understand the Constitution, but I'm also not a fan of conspiracy theories. Humans just aren't that clever.

I watched an enlightening 1960's movie with Paul Newmen recently. IT is an academy award winner I believe. IT covers what we lost in the generation gap of the last many years. The rancher father never got along with his son, HUD, who is a small Texas town womanizer with married women and a drunk. HUD want to know why his conservative father always had a problem with him and the father on his last legs in the world tells him " Because you just don't give a dam, HUD, you just don't care". IS this the onus of all of our modern problems?
Then there is an epidemic from the father buying sick cows from (Mexico) and the government man says all the cows, their whole total herd must be shot because of the EPIDEMIC and HUD sarcastically says as he does not want any government men on his property "Oh, yea, an epidemic, somebody wants to make some money". There is much more nuance and depth to this movie, a true American classic. IT tells us what we have lost.
