Or maybe this isn't anything much more than the common cold, for which now money has become available for the transmission rate to be finally known. Might that have been an opportunity for a socialist regime to profit?
Or maybe a regime that has killed or driven almost all of its critics out of the country is not very smart. I vote for that one personally, and encourage anyone who admires Cuba's decisions to move there as soon as possible.
