The title is based upon the fact that virtually all major sources that inform the majority of the population would have there drones believe that the information in the video is NOT true, Yet they ARE factual, Hence the question, "Can facts be lies?" Well obviously the factuality of a fact precludes that it is not a lie, the same as that a "Lie" by definition is not factual.
The Title was intended for those who actually believe the lies to trigger them to question what they are believing, and attempt to drive them to seek out the answer to the question, "Is what I believe factual?"
Think a lil bit deeper guys. . .

Asking if facts can be lies betrays the poster as someone with a sliding scale of morality in which up can be down and truth can be fiction.
So it doesn't surprise me that the poster doesn't know what is true. KingFace speaks the truth. You can research it yourself to verify what he said. But not by watching CNN, MSM, the New York Times, WaPo,
ABC, NBC, CBS and any other of the socialist owned and driven media outlets. Those are purely Democrat propaganda outlets. I bet he is unaware that the Democrats covertly founded the KKK, and Antifa. I bet he hasn't read either party platform, nor the Constitution.
Some people complain about how messed up things are but have no idea who the people are they placed in office.
